Notification for Issuance of Original Degree to the Passed out Batches from 2019-20 to 2023-24
In continuation of the postponement of the University’s First Convocation vide office order no. G-14/2025/CTUAP/First Convocation/47 dated 03.06.2025 and the resulting delay in its conduct, and considering the requests received from students, the University has enabled eligible students from the 2019-20 to 2023-24 passed-out batches to collect their Original Degree Certificates, particularly in cases of urgent requirement.
All eligible students who have already registered for the Convocation and paid the stipulated fee are not required to pay any additional amount. However, students who had not registered or paid the stipulated fee earlier should pay the prescribed fee in-person.
All eligible students both those already registered and not registered for the convocation should submit a request letter to the Office of the Controller of Examinations (CoE) stating the reason for urgency. Students should ensure that all pending dues are cleared and submit the following documents.
Provisional Degree Certificate issued by the CTUAP
Course Completion Certificate issued by the CTUAP
Grade Cards of all semesters
Students are advised to adhere to the above procedures to receive their Original Degree Certificates. The First Convocation of the Central Tribal University of Andhra Pradesh (CTUAP) shall be conducted in the near future.
