Placement Activities:

The Department of Tourism and Hospitality Management at the Central Tribal University of Andhra Pradesh, announced the placement details for the Five-Year Integrated MBA (TTM) maiden batch of 2019-2024. The graduates secured impressive job offers from leading companies in the tourism and hospitality industry. In a function here on July 23. 2024, Prof. T.V. Kattimani, Vice-Chancellor distributed the offer letters to the students and congratulated the students and the faculty of the Department.

The selected students are;

Ch. UdyaKumar and K. Venkata Sravani placed at Prajvi Voyages Pvt. Ltd., Hyderabad, with an
annual package of ₹1,80,000 each.
K. Badri Narayan was hired by GAR Holidays,Hyderabad, with an annual package of ₹1,80,000.
M. Revathi was hired at a position at Polo Tours, Hyderabad, with an annual package of ₹1,92,000.
R. Bhashini was placed at Thomas Cook (I) Ltd. with an impressive annual package of ₹3,50,000.
Sai Jeevanthi, and Sai Prashanthi, were selected for ICICI Lombard, with an annual package of ₹2,25,000 each.

In total seven companies visited the campus and five companies recruited the students. With one student T. Sai Prasanna opted out of the placement process, the department attained 100 percent placement. The function was also attended by the Dean Prof. Jitendra Mohan Mishra and the Registrar, Prof. T.Srinivasan, and other faculty members of the School.

Internship:

The Department of Tourism and Hospitality Management proudly announce that the students have successfully completed internships at prestigious travel agencies; Prajvi Voyages Pvt. Ltd., Hyderabad and Thomas Cook (I) Ltd., Vishakhapatnam. This invaluable experience has allowed them to gain practical insights into the tourism industry, enhance their communication skills, and understand the intricacies of travel planning and customer service. By working alongside industry professionals, the students have developed essential skills and a comprehensive understanding of the travel sector, preparing them for successful careers in tourism.
