The Department of Tourism and Hospitality Management successfully conducted three-days workshop titled “GRN Expert Virtual Program” from March 23–25, 2026 in collaboration with GRN Expert and DTORR. This industry-integrated certification initiative provided undergraduate and postgraduate students of the department with hands-on experience in global travel booking systems, including accommodation, sightseeing, and transfer services. The
program emphasized simulation-based learning and real-time operational exposure, enhancing students’ technical competencies and employability. Students completed an MCQ-based assessment and were awarded e-certificates. The initiative underscores the importance of academia–industry collaboration in strengthening practice-oriented tourism education.
