UG Admissions : Spot Admissions for the A.Y 2024-25

Central Tribal University of Andhra Pradesh, Vizianagaram, invites you to attend the Spot Admissions for Under Graduate Programmes for the Academic year 2024-25 to be conducted on 20.09.2024 at Central Tribal University of Andhra Pradesh. Candidates can report for the counseling between 10:00 am to 1:00 pm. No candidate will be allowed to participate in the admission counselling after 01:00 pm under any circumstances.

General Instructions :

Candidates those who are willing to attend for the counselling must fill the form mentioned below.
The admissions will be conducted according to the Merit obtained in the CUET-UG exam attempted candidates and the CTUAP test merit for the Non-CUET candidates in the respective category.
The applicant has to carry all relevant original documents along with one set of self attested photocopies and two (2) latest passport size photographs without fail.
The candidate has to fill the attachments mentioned in the admission brochure and submit them to the University at the time of counselling/certificate verification as per the checklist.
The candidate has to pay the prescribed fee on the day of admission, if he/she fulfill all the eligibility criteria based on that his/her admission will be confirmed provisionally.
Note:
- No extension of the date for physical verification will be entertained under any circumstances.
- The names of candidates who are unable to secure a seat in their desired program due to merit and category will be placed on the waiting list.
- They will be called when seats are vacant due to cancellation of the admitted candidates in the due course of time.
- Candidates should be prepared to stay for an additional day if necessary to complete the provisional admission process.
