National Workshop on Empowerment of the Koraga Tribe: Rethinking Strategies for Holistic Development and Inclusion

We warmly invite academicians, research scholars, students, NGO representatives, and government functionaries engaged in Tribal Development to submit abstracts and full papers for the National Workshop on Empowerment of the Koraga Tribe: Rethinking Strategies for Holistic Development and Inclusion, to be held at Mangalore University, Karnataka, on 5–6 June 2025. This National Workshop is jointly organised by Mangalore University, Central Tribal University of Andhra Pradesh, and Central University of Kerala. The event aims to foster inclusive and participatory dialogue on sustainable and holistic development strategies for the Koraga tribe and other indigenous communities.
Submissions are invited on a wide range of sub-themes including: Tribal land rights and livelihood, tribal development programmes, tribal women and health, tribal education—challenges and remedies, tribal leadership and political participation, tribal cultural challenges, social work, media and tribes, empowerment of tribal communities, and tribal youth employment opportunities.
The last date for abstract submission is 27 May 2025, and full papers must be submitted by 30 May 2025 to divya.k@ctuap.ac.in. All submissions will undergo a peer-review process, and selected high-quality papers will be published in a reputed high-impact factor journal.
